FAQs

Where can I find wedding or event package information and pricing?

Please fill out the contact submission form under "Contact & Pricing" and request this information. We can email or text you wedding or event package information and pricing sheets.

How many people does your wedding and event venue accommodate?

We can hold up to 350 wedding guests in Olde Mill Venue and up to 100 wedding guests in The Olde Mill.

What is the difference between Olde Mill Venue, Olde Mill Lodge, and The Olde Mill? I'm confused!

It can be a little confusing at first! Everything is on the same property and if you come in for a tour it will make so much more sense. If you aren't ready for a tour here's a synopsis:

Olde Mill Venue is our larger event space that seats up to 350 people. It's the large brown building in the pictures.

Olde Mill Lodge is the site of our outdoor waterfront ceremony, bridal suites, and wedding suite. It can sleep 18 people, perfect for the bridal party! It reassembles a barn in the pictures.

The Olde Mill is our smaller event space and indoor ceremony site that seats less than 100 people. It has a white exterior, a wooden rustic interior, and is over 140 years old.

Is there a day of wedding coordinator?

Yes! If you have your wedding ceremony with us a day of coordinator is included to help make the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception run as smoothly as possible.

Can I use my own caterer?

Yes! We have a list of preferred caterers who we love, do a great job, and have catered weddings and events with us in the past, but you are welcome to hire whomever you'd like.

What are your bar packages?

How late can our DJ play?

What is set up and clean up like?

When can we decorate the wedding reception area and when do we need our decorations out?

Where do my guests stay for my wedding or event?

We do not have specific bar packages. You tell us how you want the bar to operate for your wedding or event, and we do it! We can do cash bar, open bar, or a mix of the two to accommodate your wedding's preference and budget.

Music shut off is midnight.

Tables, chairs, and our decorations will be set up when you arrive to decorate for your wedding or event. The only thing we have you clean up are the decorations you brought in. Leave everything else to us!

The Olde Mill Venue wedding reception area can be decorated the day prior to your wedding and can be cleaned up the morning after if you are staying at Olde Mill Lodge overnight. Decorations must be removed the night of your wedding if you are not staying the night at Olde Mill Lodge. The Olde Mill reception and ceremony area can be decorated the day of the wedding and items must be out the same night after the reception.

We have created a digital document with places to stay in the surrounding area such as vacation rentals, hotels, and campgrounds for your wedding guests. If you would like to see the list please fill out a submission form and ask for it and we will email that to you. Stay tuned for Mill Pond Estates coming Fall of 2025 that can accommodate 12-14 people! Perfect for family and friends of the wedding party.
